Longhua EF-211-IML is a commonly-used substrate film designed to allow various high pressure and thermoforming for IML technique. It is a 2-layer PMMA/PC co-extruded product, exhibiting good tensile strength and formability. It achieves significant surface hardness when back injection molded (2H/750g) without whitening. Its PC side features excellent printability and good bonding when back molded with suitable materials. Surface hardness may be further increased through other surface-treatments.
EF211B / EF311B: 2 and 3 layer co-extrusion film, good mechanic processability with significant hardness, as well as excellent impact abrasion resistance. Highly recommended as a coating substrate for mobile phones, monitor lens applications.
